FAQ’S

Frequently asked questions

Shipping

Orders are sent via Australia post express shipping on a Monday or Tuesday only to ensure your delivery is at your door before a weekend.

We do our best to ensure your package has adequate cooler blocks so you are getting your items in good condition.

Packaging

We pack all of your butter products in a poly box with the added bonus of a little packet of seeds so you can replant your box with something deliciously matched to your butter.

Can I freeze the products?

In short yes, the butter, buttermilk and ricotta can be frozen. We do not recommend freezing the creme fraiche. In fact you can portion up the butter ,placing it in a zip lock bag in the freezer for later use.

What makes your products different?

We naturally culture our cream by adding lactic acid bacteria to the cream to ferment it before we churn, most dairy companies churn sweet cream butter and add a culture solution to the butter after it’s been made. That is why there are no commercial real naturally cultured buttermilks on the market, apart from ours of course.
